We needed to replace our front window and had a terrific experience with everyone we worked with at Emerald. Eric came to give us an estimate and kept us informed about the status of the manufacturing and install date. We had some hiccups getting a date to install the window (a snow storm and a fire), but once the team (Lou and Rebecca) came to install the window, they did an excellent job. They ran into the same issues all old houses have (things not being quite level) but made it work. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. We also found the price to be very fair. Recommended without hesitation.
