We had been dreading the prospect of replacing our windows for years, and had put it off about as long as we could. And it was not just the expense we were concerned with. I must admit I was fairly ignorant of what would be required, assuming that there would be a great deal of difficulty, repainting, replacing of window treatments, etc. Not being he handiest guy, this seemed like a daunting prospect.

We searched for companies based on their customer feedback, and Emerald came highly recommended. Their pricing was very competitive. And when we discussed the concerns mentioned above with Eric, he patiently and effectively explained the process and answered all questions. He promised that they would take care of pretty much everything, minimizing any damage, repositioning window treatments, addressing any aesthetic concerns we had, etc. My wife and I immediately had confidence that Emerald was the company with which we wanted to partner. In fact, we were so confident that we decided to replace our doors along with our windows.

The process was very smooth, and we are completely satisfied with the results. Communication was excellent, with coordination on work dates, frequent checks to see if we had any concerns, etc. Any minor concerns or questions were followed up on expeditiously. The Emerald staff were unfailingly polite and accommodating. It was almost a pleasure to have the staff in the house!

The bottom line is that we believe we received excellent value for our money and the process was vastly less painful than we’d imagined. Now we’re just enjoying the much clearer view from our new windows. Emerald is a real gem.
