Everything from the initiation of contact to the final step out the door went smoothly and professionally.  These guys haven’t drunk the typical contractor kool-aid of habitual non-punctuality, lack of responsiveness, and delayed work without communication.  I was amazed at what a crack team of experts stormed into our house exactly at the time they said they’d be there- they were literally doing the work in under a minute of walking through the door.  Everybody I interacted with was friendly and courteous.  I was happy to give them our money, and believe me, I’ve been quite unhappy to give my money to contractors before.  Go with these guys, they know what they are doing- and as an added bonus, their estimate of the job was $600 less than Home Depot’s!
