Eric came to my home twice to ensure accurate measurements and to ensure that he recommended an appropriate product. He was super attentive during the decision phase, answered my questions promptly, and made recommendations based on his expertise and my needs.

Materials were manufactured in a timely manner, especially due to COVID. Installation was scheduled promptly.

Where this outfit really shines is their install team. I was hesitant to leave strangers alone in my home, but once I met Rebecca and Louie I knew that I had nothing to worry about. There were a few snags because of my very old rowhome and they took them in stride and explained every detail. They were also SO CLEAN. I’m fairly sure my home was more clean after they left than it was before they came.

There was one minor detail that I requested that was missed during the initial install that was likely due to my miscommunication, and they had it fixed within days.

As a new homeowner who has engaged a lot of contractors, Emerald Windows has far exceeded my expectations. Pricing was more than competitive, scheduling was painless, and their installation team is top notch. Hire them. You won’t regret it.
