Emerald Windows was a pleasure to work with for my unglamorous basement window replacement project. I felt confident with them as soon as I met with Eric to measure the windows and talk through the detailing. While we waited a while for the installation due to long lead times during COVID, it was worth the wait. The installers were experienced, polite, considerate and respectful. They did not cut any corners, and were careful with masking and cleanup. The follow up from the company for a complicated reinstallation of a security grate following installation day was phenomenal. I experienced excellent communication, responsiveness and craft from the whole team. I would certainly recommend Emerald Windows.
