Emerald installed our historically-compliant windows prior to us purchasing our home, and came out to service the window at no charge when I unintentionally damaged it. As a result, we sole-sourced our new door purchase to Emerald; they did a phenomenal job from the quotation through collaborating with Main Line Architectural Hardware to source and install bronze hardware through installation and cleanup. They even complied with my request to use custom F&B paint, and sanded down, repainted, and re-hardwared our shutters to match. I am always wary about sole sourcing projects, but I was comfortable doing so given the confidence I had in their service.
