Casement

Casement windows are hinged on the side and will generally crank open outward for full ventilation. They can be used individually or in pairs with a common frame. Casement windows are popular above kitchen sinks and other areas where opening a traditional Double Hung may be difficult to operate.  If your goal is to maximize ventilation, then Casement Windows are your best option.

Casement windows are available in wood, vinyl or aluminum in a range of styles and sizes.
