I recently used this window repair service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very efficient throughout the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to completing the repair, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail.

The technician was highly skilled and knowledgeable. They carefully inspected the damaged window, explained the issue clearly, and recommended the best repair solution. I especially appreciated their honesty and the way they answered all my questions patiently before starting the work.

I had a tricky exterior door and 2 windows done and the whole experience with Emerald was top notch, from the initial estimate through ordering process and installation. I had other contractors turn down the door job because of the custom nature of what needed to be done, but not Emerald.

Todd, the estimator, was super patient with me as we went through all of my questions and made a multiple visits to the house to make sure we were comfortable with everything before signing on for the job. I could tell after a few minutes of talking that Todd knew his stuff.

Gil and Dylan worked on the installation for 3 days, showed up on time, and it was easy to see that they truly cared about their work. They were very considerate of my family’s home schedule during the work time and left the areas as clean or cleaner than before the work was done. It was genuinely enjoyable to have them at our home.

The work itself came out looking great, including a custom fixed panel for our dryer vent. Special care was taken to match paint colors with our green door, and perform minor masonry repairs resulting in a clean and professional finished product. The caulk lines were super smooth, and all of the flashing was precisely formed to cap off the install. On top of the high quality work, everyone I interacted with at the company were cool guys and I enjoyed shooting the breeze with them. During the install a few different people from the company’s leadership team showed up at the job site to check in on things which showed that the company cared deeply about their work product.

With contractors you don’t know what you’re going to get, but with Emerald you can be confident you are getting the best. I highly recommend Emerald to anyone needing window or door work in the Philly area. They will be getting the first call from me when I we are ready to do our master bedroom windows.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure.
The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. The quality of the windows is outstanding — they look beautiful, feel solid, and have already made a noticeable difference in insulation and noise reduction.

Emerald Windows replaced 10 windows years ago and did a fantastic job. Just had them replace the kitchen windows and door. Gorgeous new awning windows, pine on the inside (I will be finishing them to match the wood shelf☺️) Storm door has built in screen, easy drop down glass. The door was not easy, very crooked old door and damage outside.

Ed and Raphel are true craftsmen! Their attention to detail and expertise are second to none. The quality of the windows and doors top notch!

Highly recommend and would not consider anyone else for windows and door replacement.

Shout out to Paul Stone who takes the time to understand what his customers want, provides suggestions and is all around pleasant to work with.

Have used Emerald 2 times now. Outstanding work, this most recent time I had 3 windows replaced by Eddie and Raphel. The guys were wonderful, courteous, clean and efficient.
The only negative was I had an issue with my sales rep Todd, he was unprofessional and dismissive towards me. I had to hound him for almost 2 months to get quotes, even after I assured him on day one that I was going to move forward with replacing the windows. I have no idea what the issue was? It got to the point where every time I was to recieve a quote I would wait a week or two then follow up with an email with then having to resort to calling the office. The last time I called, Todd explained to me that "he was terrible at emails and if he didn't respond in 24 hours that I should call him." OK, what? That is literally his job, he was the sales rep and works off of commissions. I was so offended by the whole ordeal I asked for another sales rep to work with me. Paul was awesome and immediately got me the estimates and ordered the windows. The only reason I still continued to work with Emerald was because I had worked with them before and they did a phenomenal job. And the only reason I'm giving 5 stars and not lower after being treated like that by the rep was because of Eddie and Raphel.

Raoul and Kyle installed 4 basement windows and repaired the framing and flashing on 3 third story windows. They skillfully and neatly completed the job in three days. Completely satisfied. Would definitely use Emerald again.

Easy, efficient, convenient, reliable, courteous, hard working, kind, clean as a whistle. Amazing crew- Gil and Dylan are friendly and spotless, went above and beyond- cemented, caulked and sealed everything up tight. Even helped with a door issue. Amazing owner, answered every annoying question I had and discussed every option available.The windows are beautiful and the best deal you’ll get in the philly area. These folks are the best! Louie and Gil and their team replaced three windows and two doors in my 100+ year old home. They were consummate professionals - careful, thorough, attention to every detail, and when glitches arose, they explained them and solved them skillfully. Prompt, great communication, excellent clean-up. Exquisite work - neighbors and passersby stopped to compliment the house’s new look, and to get company’s contact info. Highly recommend them. They were prompt, communicative, talked us through options for the finishing details, answered any questions we had, and were mindful as we worked from home during the install. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to say how pleased I was with the work done today by the three installers from Enerald Windows. I had used their services 5 years ago and decided to go ahead and do the last three windows. One of the windows had bars that had probably been installed pre-1980. I was told that the new window could be installed without removing the wrought iron bars. But Gil and his team thought the installation would be better by removing the bars. They removed & replaced the bars and installed the windows all in one day! That wasn’t an easy task!! Mission accomplished! They were courteous, arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Kudos and Thank you to Gil, Dillion & Issac!!
